Refunds and Returns 


The terrible story of the return policy… This is the awkward conversation that no vape shop / supplier wants to have with their customers.

To be honest we want all our customers to be happy and to become part of Smack That’s family. And if you know us, you’ll know that we’ll do just about everything in our power to make sure of that.

But at the end of the day, we’re limited by the policies of our suppliers and manufacturers. And unless we want to go out of business, our own policies have to reflect these limitations.

So please read our return policy carefully.

Unfortunately, E-Liquids, nicotine & cotton once opened cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

There is no refund on commercial coils.

Disposables are regarded as consumable items. Some of our suppliers do allow a return only if the device is faulty from manufacturing. Unfortunately the device needs to be returned to us within 48 hours. We encourage all our clients to test the disposable vape they purchased in store in front of an employee to see if it is working correctly.

The way a customer uses a device will influence battery life, liquid usage, and coil life.

We want our customers to be happy and letting them know upfront on the policy avoids any issues. Devices dead in-store or leakage in sealed packaging is a total different scenario and will fall under warranty. These devices will need to be shipped back to our suppliers.

Smack That will no longer be doing refunds on orders placed, we will however offer you store credit so that you can purchase another item on our website or from instore. In order for us to give our customers a credit please create an account so the credit can be allocated to there, credit can only be allowed to your account as soon as your payment reflects on our side.

Regrettably, no returns or refunds will be entertained on sale items.

Exchanges

We can only replace a faulty device once our suppliers have confirmed that it was a manufacturing problem and not a consumers error. Then and then only will we be able to replace the device or with another device in the price range of the faulty one, if you choose a device which has a higher price as the original one you will be held liable for the price difference.

All returns will be charged to your account and if you have received store credit please note that the amount for courier costs will be deducted from the store credit.
